Cancellation Notice

The IVMA Board of Directors has been monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely.  Due to concerns about the COVID-19 pandemic and subsequent CDC guidelines regarding travel and large gatherings, the IVMA Board has made the difficult decision to cancel the IVMA Summer Meeting for 2020.

Sun Valley Resort is permitting room reservation cancellation with no fee up to 24 hours in advance of your check in date.  Please contact Sun Valley Resort individually to cancel your reservation.

Thanks for your patience and understanding as the IVMA navigated the decision-making path with all stakeholders’ well-being as the guidepost. May you and yours be healthy and safe during this challenging period.
