TVVH is looking for a lead veterinary technician
TVVH is looking for a lead veterinary technician who will be patient in their supervision but firm in their resolve. They will lead not by fear, but by exhibiting knowledge and by gaining the respect of those they supervise.

Sample duties: Providing medical care; Supervising veterinary technicians/assistants; Determining/developing training material; and Identifying systems in need of improvement.

TVVH is a busy, two doctor practice that relies heavily on the medical support staff in providing veterinary care to the community. Our facility is in the process of implementing several cloud based systems that seamlessly interact. Inventory automatically ordered. Anesthesia trends, radiograph studies, and treatment sheets electronically entered and automatically placed in the patient file. Electronic whiteboards and a paperless facility reduces administrative workload and allows the focus to be on medicine. Digital radiographs, state-of-the-art dental x-ray system, smart anesthesia monitors, and competent/friendly staff makes TVVH an ideal place to work.

Requirements: 10 years experience with 5 years in a supervisory role; Current certification; and Outstanding references.
