Exhibitor FAQ

How many attendees are there? Typically, there are ~100 veterinarians and ~ 30 technicians.

How many exhibitors attend the meeting? There are 23 booths available. View past exhibitors here.

When should I reserve my booth?  Spots are limited and in high demand! We encourage interested companies to reserve a booth as soon as possible. Register before May 1, 2022 for the best rates. In the past, we have reserved all booths and had to wait list companies.

How do I reserve my booth? Register online or download the 2022-MWVC-Exhibitor-Registration. Return payment and both pages of reservation form to: info@ivma.org or fax to (877) 334-2565.

Are booths still available? If registration is open, booths are still available. Registration will close when they are all reserved.

Will there be pipe and drape? The area is carpeted but there is no pipe and drape to separate areas. Booths will consist of a 8′ x 2.6′ table and 2 chairs in an ~ 10′ wide x 8′ deep space.
