Exhibitor FAQ

How many attendees are there? Typically, there are ~115 veterinarians and ~ 30 technicians.

How many exhibitors attend the meeting? There are 27 booths available. View the 2019 exhibitors 2019 IVMA Exhibitors.

When should I reserve my booth?  Spots are limited and in high demand! We encourage interested companies to reserve a booth as soon as possible. Register before April 1, 2021 for the best rates. For the past two years, we have reserved all booths and had to wait list companies.

How do I reserve my booth? Download the 2020 Exhibitor & Sponsor Packet. Return payment and both pages of reservation form to: info@ivma.org or fax to (877) 334-2565. Online registration is not available at this time.

Are booths still available? If registration is open, booths are still available. Registration will close when they are all reserved.

Will there be pipe and drape? Due to facility constraints, booths will consist of a 6′ x 30″ table and 2 chairs in an 8′ wide x 6′ deep space. The area is carpeted but there is no pipe and drape to separate areas.
